Brian Bingham is our principal at Alturas Preparatory Academy. Mr. Bingham graduated with his Masters in Education Administration with a focus in Educational Leadership from Idaho State University in May of 2017.

Previously he taught Spanish at Hillcrest High School while coaching football and track. During his time at Hillcrest, he realized the importance of helping students learn to love education and the process of learning. He feels Alturas encapsulates his philosophy on education and is excited to work with the community, faculty, parents, and students.

Mr. Bingham is married to his lovely wife Britini, and has 4 children: Heston, Colston, Kelli Pearl, and Daxton.
